At Travel Food Atlas, we’re driven by a passion for both travel and food—a combination that fuels everything we do.
Founded in 2016, our mission is to explore the world through its most incredible dishes, capturing the flavors, stories, and traditions behind every plate. Our goal is to provide you with a unique window into global cuisine, complete with striking imagery, vivid flavor profiles, and the rich histories of the food cultures we discover.
What began as a personal journey to uncover and document extraordinary culinary experiences has grown into something much bigger. After years of traveling, tasting, and learning, we recognized a gap—a resource we wished existed for food lovers like us. So we created Travel Food Atlas to share our findings and inspire others to embark on their own food adventures.
Today, we’re proud to be a team of 11 passionate food enthusiasts, each from different corners of the globe. Together, we research, write, and curate authentic recipes, capture the heart of local cuisines, and celebrate the traditions that make each dish special.
